Wow, what an amazing day I had yesterday - I was invited to be the keynote speaker for Neal's Yard Remedies Retail Conference and we filmed the entire presentation of a LIVE MIND MAKEOVER in Neal's Yard Remedies flagship Birmingham store!
It was BRILLIANT to be back in store, supporting the retail industry in the best way I know how - helping NYR retail sales associates navigate this UNIQUE time we are all travelling and learn how to create the best attitude for success and a memorable customer service.
